    At Lumicreate, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. We offer a 30-day return & exchange policy from the date of delivery. If your device has a manufacturing issue, it is covered under our 6-month limited warranty.

    Return & Exchange Service Procedure

    STEP 1

    Contact Customer Service and request return detail.

    Customer will receive an email notification once your request is approved.

    STEP 3

    The customer packs the package and sends it.

    STEP 4

    Get Refund or Replacement after we receive the products.

    FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy

    The following situations are covered under our 30-Day FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy. In these cases, Lumicreate will cover return shipping fees and replacement costs.
    • 1 You received the wrong product or incorrect items.
    • The device arrived damaged, broken, or defective upon delivery.

      The product does not power on or fails to function properly under normal use.

    • 4 There is a confirmed manufacturing defect affecting performance or safety.

    NO RETURN & EXCHANGE

    The following situations are NOT covered under our return policy. Lumicreate is not liable for these cases.
    • 1 Requests made after the return window has expired (30 days from delivery).
    • 2 Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, dropping, liquid exposure, or unauthorized modification.
    • 3 Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic scratches that do not affect functionality.

      Sticker paper rolls or consumables that have been opened or used.

    • 5 Issues caused by unstable Wi-Fi connection or third-party network problems.
    • 6 Personal preference reasons (e.g., change of mind, no longer needed, etc.).
    • 7 Returns that do not include all original accessories and packaging.

    Precautions for return and exchange

    • 1 Returned items must be in good condition and include all original accessories, cables, and packaging.
    • 2 Products must be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
    • 3 Return shipping tracking information must be provided once the item is shipped back.
